Placed was clean and location was good thats it, breakfast consisted of coffee, pre wrapped muffins, and waffles but only one little machine for all the guests, so we went out for breakfast. Showering with hot water in the morning was non existent, mentioned this was told if too many people take showers it always happens, you think they would correct this if they already knew the problem. left one day early for this reason.

Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Ac didn’t work well first night. Said something to Jay front desk person next day. He moved us to a new room right away. Very helpful! Breakfast was really terrible. So we went out. There could be at least fruit out and cereal. Was told they don’t have a kitchen.

I was there for two nights in August 2021, the stairs were full of stain and not clean , the advertisement and reality is different for breakfast they provide juice, tea coffee and muffins , where as no break but butter jam were kept, the price wise it is no worth. The location is bite out of the lake. please check before you confirms for your trip. we feels it is not worth.

People tend to throw shade of Econo Lodges and Quality Inn and I have to admit, I was a little hesitant at first. We booked this property because we recently adopted a Beagle and didn't want to leave her with relatives, and the price as too low to pass up. When we arrived I was a little hesitant because some of the trappings had Econo Lodge on the covers and I thought "oh no, what did we get ourselves into?" I expected the worse, Boy was I WRONG! I can't say enough good things about the Staff, the Room or the Property! The Staff was courteous, friendly and polite! The room was clean and not 'worn out', the location was close to the highway, restaurants, shopping and attractions. There was coffee, juices and mini muffins for breakfast in the lobby, even during the waning of COVID. The room was insulated enough to keep-out noise from the other guests, and the price was terrific. NO, I'm NOT an employee, family or friend either! Would we stay here again - ABSOLUTELY! To top it off, our Beagle Bella didn't howl, bark, cry, or was annoyed by anyone either and for a Beagle to behave that way, it tells you something!

This Quality Inn is in a good location, right off the "Northway" in Queensbury. Staff was pleasant, room was clean and updated. They seem to be doing a refresh of the place and it shows! Will definitely stay here next time in Lake George area.
